The high quality of this monitoring approach was also tested in the monitoring of the State Secondary Free Legal Aid Centres accessibility, conducted in 2017 with the application of the similar model.
Instrument was drafted with expert and technical support from USAID New Justice Program, Ukrainian Foundation of Legal Aid, International Renaissance Foundation and OSCE Project Coordinator in Ukraine.
