The OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine, in partnership with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine organizes two-day regional training seminars for heads of structural subdivisions of regional state administrations and representatives of civil society institutions.

The purpose of the training seminars is to improve the knowledge, skills and ability of the participants to establish cooperation in the process of formation and implementation of state and regional policy.

The training seminars will be held in the framework of the project “Enhancing Institutional Capacity of the Government of Ukraine and Civil Society Organizations to Co-operate Effectively in the Decision-Making Process”, the project is implemented with the financial support of the Government of the United States.
The trainings will take place in the following locations according to the schedule:
• Vinnytsia – 28–29 May 2019 for representatives from Vinnytsia and Zhytomyr regions; deadline for submitting applications is 21 May 2019
• Odesa – 30–31 May 2019 for representatives from Odesa and Mykolaiv regions; deadline for submitting applications is 23 May 2019
• Ternopil – 10-11 June 2019 for representatives from Ternopil and Khmelnitskyi regions; deadline for submitting applications is 3 June 2019
• Rivne – 12-13 June 2019 for representatives from Rivne and Volyn regions; deadline for submitting applications is 5 June 2019
